As the PA announcer, you will be the voice of key information during our match days, creating an engaging and vibrant atmosphere for our spectators. We currently have one position available for this role.

Job Description
Job Title: Matchday Announcer
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
Hours of Work: Match Days

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the official announcer, relaying important information to spectators throughout the matchday.
- Create an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere by delivering engaging announcements, including pre-match, half-time, and post-match sponsor and club announcements.
- Work closely with the club to ensure accurate and timely communication of relevant match day information.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong public speaking skills with a confident and well-spoken manner.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with the audience.
- Ability to engage and captivate spectators, enhancing their match day experience.
- Reliable and punctual, ensuring availability for home matches and related events.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Prior experience as a matchday announcer or in a similar public speaking role.
- Knowledge and passion for football to effectively engage with the audience and convey the excitement of the game.
- Familiarity with the specific requirements of PA announcing in a football match setting.
