Job Description
Job Title: A Team Management
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
Hours of Work: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings, Matchdays
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings, working closely with the coaching group.
- Contribute to the team selection process for match days, taking into consideration player performance, tactics, and team dynamics.
- Provide support on matchdays, which may include taking on roles such as Referee or Linesperson as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Passion for football and a genuine interest in coaching and team management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with players, coaching staff, and club officials.
- Availability to attend training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings, as well as matchdays.
- Strong organizational skills to assist in the smooth running of training sessions and matchday operations.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous coaching or team management experience, particularly within a grassroots football environment.
- Familiarity with football rules and regulations.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it (the club can facilitate the necessary training).
